This site is not an offer

Nothing here is a contractual offer, a quotation or a commitment to allocate a territory, supply anything or appoint anyone. Territories are allocated under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs — not this page.

The numbers on this site

Prices shown for mineral programmes are indicative, cover the mineral cost per bottle only, and exclude the bottle, cap, label, filling, freight and taxes. They are confirmed per territory and per volume before any commitment.

The margin model on the programs page is arithmetic on assumptions you choose. It is not a forecast, not a representation of past results and not a projection of earnings. It computes gross margin and excludes every cost of running a territory. What you actually make depends on your market, your pricing and how you run it, and we make no representation about it.

Mineral values shown anywhere on this site are illustrative of a programme. The values for any real lot come from that lot’s approved formulation and its laboratory report, and those are the ones that count.

The scan demonstration uses invented data. The brands, lot numbers, mineral figures and the offer shown in it are illustrative and do not describe any real product, venue or promotion.

What this water is

Water bottled under this programme is packaged drinking water, remineralised with Great Salt Lake mineral concentrate. It is not “natural mineral water”, which is a separate regulatory category, and must not be described or labelled as such.

Nothing on this site is medical advice or a health claim. Published mineral figures are statements of composition. No claim is made that any product prevents, treats or cures any condition.

Who is answerable for the finished product

Coremin supplies mineral concentrate and licenses the Powered by COREMIN^™ mark. Finished water is manufactured by the licensed bottling unit named on the label — which may be a contract plant or the venue’s own line — under that bottler’s own manufacturing licence, and is sold under the brand owner’s name. Responsibility for the finished product rests with that manufacturer and that brand owner.

Coremin holds an FSSAI licence for its mineral products. A licence is a permission to operate. It is not an endorsement by any regulator of any product, claim or statement.

Offers shown when a bottle is scanned

Any promotional offer shown on the scan surface is created, funded, warranted and honoured by the venue that serves the bottle, on that venue’s own terms. The venue may change or withdraw it at any time. Coremin provides the platform on which it is displayed, keeps a version history so there is a record if an offer is ever disputed, and may suspend an offer that is misleading. Coremin is not a party to the transaction between a guest and a venue, receives no part of the bill, and gives no warranty as to any offer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
