Own the market, not the machinery

A territory is the commercial layer: you buy concentrate, sign venues, own the house brands and hold the revenue. You do not manufacture, you do not hold a water licence, and you do not carry a factory on your balance sheet.

Why a territory

What you are actually buying

A protected market

One partner per city. We do not appoint a second into a territory that is already being served.

How Allocation is held in the system and enforced at the ordering layer. What counts as actively worked — targets, review period, notice and cure — is defined in the partner agreement, not on this page.

Recurring volume, not one-off sales

A signed venue reorders every week for as long as it serves water. The work is in the signing, not in the selling again.

How Venues order through the portal against your stock; repeat ordering is the default path, not a renewal conversation.

No capital tied up in plant

You hold concentrate and relationships. An approved bottler holds the line, the licence and the compliance burden.

How The hospitality partner tier does not produce at all — production sits with the bottling unit by design.

You own the house brands

Venues that do not want their own label use yours. That brand is an asset of your territory, and it travels with you.

How House brands are registered to the partner organisation and licensed to venues through it.

A product that defends its price

Certification, a lab-backed composition and a code the guest can check. You are not selling water on price.

How Every lot carries an authenticity certificate; the public scan surface shows the approved values for that specific lot.

Two ways to serve any venue

Deliver finished bottles, or help a property run its own line on site. The second needs no capital outlay from you either.

How Table to Glass and Source to Glass run on the same concentrate, the same approvals and the same certification.

Where you sit

What moves, and which way

Your tier is the one that never touches the product and never meets the guest — and is in every transaction between them.

Coremin never sells finished water. The partner never produces. The venue never has to prove the chain — the certificate does it.
Goods and approvals move one way, payment the other, and the mark crosses every boundary. The venue is the only tier that meets the guest.

The arithmetic

What a territory can carry

Multiplication on your own assumptions, not a projection. The model on the programs page lets you set all three numbers.

Bottles per venue per day
₹10
Your margin per bottle
₹15L
Gross margin per month

Gross margin only. It excludes your cost of sales, delivery, storage, breakage, credit losses, staff, taxes and everything else it costs to run a territory, and it assumes every signed venue orders every day of the month.

Treat it as the ceiling of the arithmetic rather than as a forecast. What you actually make depends on your city, your pricing and how you run it. Run it on your own numbers.
